Francine Faltz has dedicated herself to the noble pursuit of enriching the lives of students within the realm of special education, all with a quiet humility and a burning passion for her craft. Her expertise transcends the boundaries of traditional education, encompassing a myriad of domains with grace and proficiency. Rooted in a deep-seated commitment to service, Francine’s leadership is characterized by empathy, astuteness, and a genuine desire to inspire those around her.

With a career spanning over a decade, Francine’s journey in education began as a paraprofessional at Archway Programs in 1994. Since then, she has embarked on a transformative path, evolving into a distinguished educator, counselor, and administrator. Armed with a wealth of academic accolades, including three master’s degrees from Rutgers and Rowan University, Francine has honed her skills across various disciplines, earning certifications in special education, counseling, and administration.

Her relentless pursuit of excellence was exemplified by her academic achievements, culminating in prestigious awards such as the Cammarota Award and the opportunity to represent Rowan University in China. Throughout her tenure, Francine’s dedication to her students has remained unwavering, whether she was crafting innovative programs, chairing committees, or spearheading behavioral modification initiatives.

Beyond the confines of traditional education, Francine’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to venture into the realm of business, where she seamlessly integrated her educational expertise with her role as the Director of a Career Program at Rutgers College. Her visionary leadership not only propelled the program to success but also empowered special needs adults to thrive in the workforce.

However, amidst her professional accomplishments, Francine remains grounded by her most cherished role: that of a mother to two remarkable twin girls. Her commitment to her family serves as a testament to her values of love, compassion, and resilience.

In the words of Dwight D. Eisenhower, “The supreme quality of leadership is unquestionably integrity.” Francine embodies this ethos, leading by example with integrity, passion, and an unwavering dedication to her craft. Her ability to foster collaboration, inspire creativity, and infuse joy into every endeavor is a testament to her exceptional leadership.

In essence, Francine Faltz is more than an educator; she is a beacon of inspiration, a catalyst for change, and a true champion of inclusivity and innovation in education.
